documentary about the Founders' Prize
The German Founders' Award will be presented for the 15th time next Tuesday at the ZDF studio in Berlin. Starting at 22:45 p.m., ZDF will broadcast the documentary "Founding@Germany!", which presents the nominated startups in anticipation of the evening's awards ceremony.
The documentary by Markus Resch and Hanne-Sophie Hoffmann shows the challenges that young founders face. What are the starting conditions in Germany? How easy is it to find investors, employees and customers?

The film follows the three nominees as they build their companies. They are founders of an unusual and innovative business: software that allows anyone to design their own furniture online and then have it produced by a carpenter.
An intelligent glove that helps industry work more efficiently and without errors. And a highly sensitive sensor that can detect faults in machines and components: innovations for Industry 4.0.
Once a year, the magazine “stern”, the savings banks, ZDF and Porsche award the German Founders’ Prize to companies in different phases of their successful existence.
