Balancing has always been society's greatest task. Today, groups and individuals alike express their right to self-determination emotionally and vehemently.

For good reason: racist, sexual and religious violence is virulent. Marginalized voices are increasingly becoming visible and heard.

However, interests, world views and self-perceptions often exclude each other. Maintaining social cohesion is therefore a major challenge.
