A mysterious force has knocked the moon out of its orbit and sent it on a collision course with Earth. Life as we know it is in danger of being wiped out forever.
Just a few weeks before the approaching danger, former astronaut and NASA officer Jo Fowler (Halle Berry) is convinced that she knows how to save humanity.

With a lot of power and smartness, Jo Fowler aka Halle Berry leads the cast around Patrick Wilson and John Bradley.
At her side are Michael Peña, Charlie Plummer and acting legend Donald Sutherland.
The film will be released in cinemas on February 3, 2022, distributed by Leonine Studios.
Roland Emmerich wrote the screenplay for “Moonfall” together with his long-time partners Harald Kloser – with whom he also worked on the blockbuster “2012” – and Spenser Cohen.
