Short story: Joseph Baena plays Robin Hood in “Honor Among Thieves”

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s son Joseph Baena follows in his father’s acting footsteps in “X-Factor: The Incredibles”.

Joseph Baena has already appeared in front of the camera alongside actors such as Morgan Freeman and Cuba Gooding Jr. and will now be seen on RTLZwei.

His appearance is flanked by other Hollywood stars such as Danny Trejo and Manu Bennett, who appear in other roles.

The first episode of the sixth season, to mark the 25th anniversary of “X-Factor”, features well-known actors from Hollywood for the first time and will be broadcast on RTLZwei on the weekend before Halloween.

The Californian embodies the famous Robin Hood in the short story “Honor Among Thieves,” which will be featured alongside four other stories.

That's what it's about

In the dark Middle Ages of England, a vicious monk deceives his congregation and lets the donated alms go directly into his own robe.

When he sets out on a journey with the money, he is stopped by a gang of robbers in the forest and brought to justice.

But the leader of the gang, armed with a bow and arrow, played by Joseph Baena, makes one thing clear: “He only takes from the rich and gives the money to the poor.”

Fable or truth? Moderator Jonathan Frakes gets to the bottom of the truth and asks the audience the question: Is the story true or just fiction?

The format is produced by W&B Television in co-production with Superama and Superposition Films.

“X-Factor: The Unbelievable” will air on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at 20:15 p.m. on RTLZwei.

The episode will be available free of charge on RTL+ for 30 days after broadcast – and then in the premium area.

Background

This newly produced episode of the RTLZwei mystery series “X-Factor: The Unbelievable” also features short stories about parapsychological phenomena.

Some of these mysterious, supernatural events are pure fiction, but others actually happened.

Whether the stories shown are true or just the imagination of a clever screenwriter is only revealed by narrator Jonathan Frakes at the end of the episode.
