Well-known newspaper with competition for young authors
“Which place has changed your life?” The arts section of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung is now looking for the best young writing talents on this topic.
The arts and culture department of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung is announcing a competition for young authors.
Reports and essays about a life-changing place can be submitted with a maximum length of 10.000 characters.
Authors between the ages of 18 and 28 can participate.
The jury is made up of members of the FAS arts section.
The prize money is 1.000 euros, and the winning text will be published in the arts section of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung.
A three-month internship in the editorial department is possible upon request.
The award ceremony will take place in the spring in the FAZ editorial building in Berlin, where it will also be possible to get to know the editorial staff.
The closing date for entries is March 15, 2023.
The competition entry must not have been published before.
The entry must be submitted by email to FAS-wettbewerb@faz.de.
