Bauwert AG in a new guise for Expo Real 2024

Just in time for Expo Real in Munich (7 to 9 October 2024), Berlin-based Bauwert AG, one of Germany's well-known project developers, is presenting itself in a freshly revised design.

In recent months, the company has completely redesigned its communication channels to further consolidate its position as market leader.

This includes a new corporate design, an appealing website, and a comprehensive 100-page company brochure.

Innovations for an improved user experience

Lorena Vallerius, Head of Marketing and PR at Bauwert, explains: “The relaunch clearly focuses on the special features of our projects, working methods and philosophy.”

The new image brochure features various members of the team who provide authentic insights into the development of construction projects. High-quality photos and detailed information on residential and commercial projects underline the company's commitment.

The redesign of the website also provides a personal look at the construction projects of the past few years, including renowned districts such as the Kronprinzengärten in Mitte or Square 1 in Johannisthal. The Berlin communications agency Jonasgold is responsible for the design.

Bauwert focuses on value awareness and growth

Dr. Jürgen Leibfried, founder and CEO of Bauwert AG, emphasizes that the company has grown continuously despite the challenging market environment.

With the new appearance, the company signals its core values ​​such as stability, reliability and excellent quality.

Daniel Herrmann, also on the board, sees the new corporate design as a decisive step towards consolidating the company's market position: "Our high-quality appearance reflects the quality of our projects and strengthens our identity for future challenges."

Largest project in the company's history

This realignment coincides with the start of Bauwert’s largest project to date: the Segelflieger Quartier in Berlin-Johannisthal.

A new urban district is being built here with around 1.800 planned apartments.

The redesign of internal and external communication strategically accompanies this growth path, which will be supported by the expanded group of shareholders at the beginning of 2023.
