Industry meeting: Podcast Summit 2026 in Cologne
On October 8, 2026, the Podcast Summit will bring together the most important figures in the German podcast and creator industry at the House of Bates in Cologne.
150 hand-picked participants will encounter keynotes, live studios and genuine networking – it's a format the industry has never seen before.
What is the Podcast Summit 2026?
The Podcast Summit is the central industry event for podcasters, creators, brand managers and platform representatives in the German-speaking world.
It is organized by the High.Group, headed by Managing Director Philipp Kaul, which operates one of the leading podcast production locations in Germany with the High.Studios in Cologne-Ehrenfeld.
Following its successful debut in 2025 – with speakers such as Jan Kraume (“Oace”, over 1 million listeners), Kevin Tewe (“All In”, 40M+ Creator Network), Max Pollux and Gianna Bacio – the event will take place for the second time in 2026.
Date, location and schedule
The Podcast Summit 2026 will take place on October 8, 2026, at the House of Bates in Cologne. The event deliberately departs from the traditional conference format.
Instead of endless lecture series, the program combines mainstage keynotes and panels with interactive breakout sessions, live podcast studios, a matchmaking board and a curated expo area with six selected partners.
The Main Stage will be moderated by Steffi Brungs and Chris Wackert, known as hosts of “Love is Blind Germany” and the “Traumbar Podcast”.
Exclusive networking for 150 participants
The number of participants is deliberately limited to 150 people on site. Those who cannot attend in person have the option of following the event via livestream.
This creates an environment where real conversations can take place and concrete collaborations can emerge – an exchange that has not existed in this form within the podcast industry before.
In addition, around 200 viewers will follow the Summit live via stream.
Content reach beyond the day
For brands and sponsors, the Podcast Summit is not just a one-day appearance.
The event will result in more than 100 pieces of content – from video clips and podcast episodes to LinkedIn posts and Instagram reels.
According to the organizers, this content ecosystem reaches over 250.000 contacts in the podcast and creator target group.
