“Couple Challenge 2026” – Couples compete for 100.000 euros

RTLZwei launches the new season of the popular RealityA show with a record-breaking lineup and prominent faces. For the first time, a "Secret Couple" will also compete.

The “Couple Challenge” is entering its next round: Starting on January 21, 2026, RTLZwei will broadcast the new season of the action-reality show at 20:15 pm.

A total of 18 participants in nine teams will compete for the €100.000 prize. Those who don't want to wait can stream the episodes seven days earlier on RTL+.

Challenges and explosive dynamics in the camp

In the “Couple Challenge”, the couples not only have to overcome physical and mental challenges.

The real test takes place at the shared camp, where old feuds can resurface and new conflicts can arise. Things get particularly interesting when antagonistic couples meet.

Mistakes or failure to complete tasks reduce the prize money. In regular nomination rounds, the couples select two couples who compete in an exit challenge to advance.

These couples are there

Patrick and Bettina “Texas Patti” Habig, Germany’s most famous erotic couple, have an extraordinary story. Their first date took place in a swingers club.

Virginia and Andrew Weiss are embarking on their first adventure without their children. The couple is known from the show "Welcome to the Weiss Family".

Aleks and Marko Petrovic, the muscle-bound brothers, rely on strength and strategy. They aim to impress with sheer power.

Emmy Russ and Samuel are entering the race as a partnership of convenience. The two acquaintances first have to find out if they can function as a team.

◉ Liza Waschke and Sebastian Fobe combine different levels of experience: While the “Berlin – Tag & Nacht” actress Liza is making her debut in the reality TV field, Sebi is already an experienced reality TV professional.

◉ Hendrik and Sophie already have a title to their name. The young couple won the "Summer House of Normal People" and scored points with their cohesion and humor.

◉ Carina and Chika face a special challenge: Chika's pronounced fear of heights could become a problem in some challenges.

Zoe Saip and Patrik form a team of temperament and composure. Will these contrasting personalities harmonize under pressure?

Ariel and Joshi Josh are the season's "secret couple." The two meet only once they arrive at the location and are hoping for an attractive single partner. They aim to transform these two strangers into a formidable duo.

Broadcast dates and availability

The new season of Couple Challenge will therefore run from January 21st, every Tuesday at 20:15 pm on RTLZwei.

Episodes are available on RTL+ seven days in advance. The format is produced by RTL Studios.
