130 kilos: The measurement limit of a standard bathroom scale. 227,1 kilos: The weight of Torsten, the heaviest candidate of “Life Made Easy – The Biggest Loser” 2023 on Sat.1.

“My body is harming me. My health. My mind,” is how the 42-year-old sums up the immense strain.

But Torsten is not the only one whose initial weight exceeds the measurement range of any bathroom scale.

His fellow campaigners also live with excess weight, some of which is dangerous to their health.

Like Vivienne (22), who weighs 142,6 kilos and is hoping to move into the camp: "I only function in everyday life. I'm no longer alive. And I need help here. I can't do this alone anymore."

“Life Made Easy – The Biggest Loser” is produced by Redseven Entertainment on behalf of Sat.1.

It's high time to start a new chapter in your life! In "Life Made Easy", starting February 5, 2023, a total of 20 highly motivated candidates will turn their lives around every Sunday in Access Prime Time and want to become lighter - and healthier.

Under the guidance of camp director Dr. Christine Theiss and coaches Sigrid Ilumaa and Ramin Abtin, the kilo fighters in “Life Made Easy” seize their unique opportunity for the ultimate fresh start.

“Life Made Easy – The Biggest Loser” comes with 14 episodes.

The show will kick off on February 5, 2023 at 16:30 p.m., then every Sunday at 17:30 p.m. on Sat.1 and on Joyn.
