The shooting of “Polizeiruf 110” with Anneke Kim Sarnau
In the new “Polizeiruf 110” from NDR, Katrin König (Anneke Kim Sarnau) investigates together with her Rostock teammates Hennig Röder (Uwe Preuss), Anton Pöschel (Andreas Guenther) and Volker Thiesler (Josef Heynert) in a case in which two people died unnatural deaths.
And she is supposed to stop certain investigations on orders from "above". Filming for the crime drama will take place until June 17th in Goldberg (Ludwigslust-Parchim district) and in and around Hamburg.
With “You Can’t Choose Your Family,” director Stefan Krohmer takes on a case from the “Polizeiruf 110” series for the first time.
About the plot of “You Can’t Choose Your Family”: A single mother and her son are found dead in a single-family home.
She was murdered with multiple stab wounds; her son, who was paralyzed from the neck down, died of a stroke because no one was able to change his IV drip. A death in complete loneliness.
Katrin König investigates Jens Sommer (Christian Beermann), the ex-husband and father, as well as the Genth family, who were good friends with the Sommers.
Do Jule (Susanne Bormann) and Holger (Jörn Knebel) Genth have something to do with the Sommers’ death – or their foster children Emma (Paraschiva Dragus) and Max (Alessandro Schuster)?
The current film is expected to premiere next year on Das Erste.
When he suddenly disappears, Katrin König also joins the search. In doing so, she acts against the explicit instructions of Hennig Röder, her superior in the team.
He has received clear instructions from "above": foster child Max is living under a hidden identity and the Rostock team should stay out of it. At the same time, Röder is looking for a successor for the position of team leader that has become vacant due to Commissioner Bukow's departure and offers the job to Katrin König...
In addition to those mentioned, Paul Ahrens (David Sommer), Anika Mauer (Ursula), Dela Dabulamanzi (KTU boss Maria), Emilie Neumeister (Rose), Lina Beckmann (Melly Böwe) and Christian Schneeweiß (Habarek) also play.
