Sky Sport – five Wimbledon matches live on bild.de
In two weeks' time, the most prestigious tennis tournament in the world begins when the Wimbledon Championships are held for the 136th time.
Sky Deutschland has been broadcasting the Grand Slam tournament in the London district live for many years, and has been the only provider to do so since 2011.
This year, Sky Sport will once again provide around 400 hours of live and exclusive coverage.
Unlike in previous years, selected matches this time will not be shown exclusively on Sky Sport's linear channels or in the live streams on Sky Go and Wow.
As part of a cooperation between Sky Deutschland and Bild, the Sky Sport broadcasts of a total of five matches will also be broadcast in a free live stream on bild.de and sportbild.de.
From the first round up to and including the quarter-finals, one match per round will be streamed live on bild.de and sportbild.de.
Each player will only be seen once. To kick things off, Sky and Bild will present Alexander Zverev's first round match free to air.
Another part of the cooperation are promotional measures for the Wimbledon broadcasts on Sky Sport.
Customers can experience the entire Wimbledon tournament exclusively on Sky Q and Wow.
