Start of filming for the second season of "The Bedfellow"
Charlie Menzinger returns to the district court. Filming for the second season of “The Bedfellow” has now begun in Munich.
The lead role is once again taken by the German comedian Markus Stoll – better known to a wider audience as Harry G.
“The start of filming for the second season of ‘The Bedfellow’ is a great cause for celebration,” says lead actor and comedian Markus Stoll.
He says: "Firstly, because I'm incredibly proud that the first season was so successful and popular that a second season is now actually on the way. Secondly, because I'm really looking forward to working with the actors and the team."
Stoll says: "I know that I have a lot of work ahead of me, but I also expect a lot of fun. And so do our viewers. But they will have to wait until the end of the year."

The eight new episodes will launch in 2021 exclusively on “Amazon Prime Video” in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

The cast of the second season also includes Jens Atzorn, Viktoria Ngotsé, Lily Forgách, Florian Jahr, Paul Sedlmeir, Michael Roll, Michael Brandner, Juliane Köhler, Götz Otto, Olivia Pascal and Mathilde Bundschuh.
