Peninsula Hotels – where time becomes true luxury
The Peninsula Hotels is making a clear statement with its current campaign: True luxury today no longer just means elegant furnishings or excellent service – but above all the freedom to shape one's own time.
With "Peninsula Time", the hotel group offers guests in all twelve hotels worldwide the opportunity to check in as early as 6:00 am and check out as late as 22:00 pm.

This results in up to 19 additional hours – an offer that is unparalleled in the international luxury segment.
Campaign film featuring the character Felix
The campaign includes a high-quality short film, which presents time as the ultimate luxury.
With subtle humor and the brand character Felix, he recounts spontaneous moments and unexpected twists – from the early check-in after a night flight from Tokyo to the relaxed last evening in New York before a late return flight.
The film thus addresses key trends in the travel industry: flexibility, individualization, and well-being.
Almost 20 years of experience as a foundation
The idea for Peninsula Time did not originate in a strategy meeting, but from concrete observation.
Almost two decades ago, the team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills noticed that more and more guests were arriving on early morning flights and had to wait for their rooms long before the classic afternoon check-in time.
This observation laid the foundation for a program that has now become the brand's signature service.

The majority of guests actively use the offer.
According to current data from the hotel group, the majority of guests worldwide use Peninsula Time.
“Our teams around the world constantly hear the phrase: ‘I’m arriving on Peninsula Time’,” reports Gareth Roberts, Chief Operating Officer of The Peninsula Hotels.
The program is aimed at both individual travelers and travel partners and can be booked via peninsula.com or selected travel consultants.
Individual rhythm instead of time constraints
“With Peninsula Time, we wanted to redefine what time means for the modern luxury traveler,” explains Roberts.
"By removing the boundaries of traditional check-in and check-out times, we enable our guests to follow their own rhythm."
The program thus also benefits the needs of international travelers, whose schedules often do not coincide with the usual routines of their destination.
