First project of the “European Alliance”: On three Sunday evenings, starting on March 22, 2020, at 22.15:XNUMX p.m., ZDF will present the thriller series “Mirage – Dangerous Lies” in double episodes as a German premiere.
The suspenseful story of false love, shattered dreams and dangerous cyber espionage was shot against the backdrop of Abu Dhabi.
The film is directed by Canadian director Louis Choquette and stars Marie-Josée Croze, Clive Standen and Hannes Jaenicke.
The series, created in collaboration between France Télévisions and ZDF, is the first project on German television of the “European Alliance”, a co-production alliance of RAI, FTV and ZDF launched in 2018 to produce high-quality fictional European series.
The episodes are available in the ZDF media library from 10.00 a.m. on the day of broadcast for three months.
