Toni Tuklan honored for social commitment

– Special honor at the “Champions Gala”

At the “Champions Gala” hosted by entrepreneur Michael Tracz, Toni Tuklan was honored for his social commitment in the human, sporting and musical fields.

The event took place in the Unna town hall and regularly honors personalities from the region for their special achievements. The patron of the event is District Administrator Michael Makiolla (SPD).

The award was presented by Oliver Kaczmarek (SPD, member of the German Bundestag). In addition to Toni Tuklan, world and European sports champions received individual awards.

Toni Tuklan was a veteran of SVF Herringen in Hamm as a football player and football coach. He is now active as a youth goalkeeper coach at the DFB, where he is socially active not only in sport but also off the pitch. He also represents the region worldwide with his musical successes.

"It is important to me that we speak openly about problems and integration and help where we can. We must never close our eyes to this. In all things, the fair, sporting idea should be at the forefront," said Toni Tuklan. The jury of the "Champions Gala" also saw it this way and awarded the musician a certificate of honor.

Toni Tuklan is currently going from success to success. After recently landing the top hit “Ebony Eyes” with Sean Paul and Rico Bernasconi, he was voted into the top 10 most influential Africans in Germany by “African Heritage Magazine”.
