In the new police call 110 from Magdeburg, Felix Vörtler and Pablo Grant can be seen in other roles, as well as Eloi Christ, Sven-Eric Bechtolf, Corinna Kirchhoff, Kai Müller, Susanne Böwe, Julia Blankenburg, David Ruland, Hilmar Eichhorn and Eva Weißenborn.
After a weekend of partying in Berlin, 19-year-old Adam Dahl (Eloi Christ) is traveling back to Magdeburg by train with his friend Tomi (Kai Müller). The two are happy and in love.
But the mood suddenly changes when Christoph Oschmann (Helge Tramsen) gets into the train compartment with the young couple. Something is triggered in Adam - it's not clear what exactly caused it.
But it is what Chief Inspector Doreen Brasch (Claudia Michelsen) later desperately searches for – what is called a trigger.
The film will be shown on Das Erste in 2022. The police call 110 from Magdeburg is expected to be filmed until October 6, 2021.
Adam Dahl kills Christoph Oschmann. Later he can't say why he did it. He simply doesn't know. He doesn't even know the man.
Brasch intuitively feels a connection to Adam and wants to help him find out the truth. Adam's father - Klaus-Volker Dahl (Sven-Eric Bechtolf), former director of the State Criminal Police Office - tries to influence Brasch's investigations.
He and his wife Bianca (Corinna Kirchhoff), a prominent psychologist, protest Adam's innocence. Is it really just the love of two parents who want to protect their son? Do they know more than they are saying?
Police Call 110 is a production by Filmpool Fiction GmbH on behalf of Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk for Das Erste.
