Prince Harry is the secret superstar and PR secret weapon of the British royal family. In a few days he will celebrate his 30th birthday.
In the “ZDFzeit” documentary “Prince Harry – the wild Windsor” (on September 16, 2014 at 20:15 p.m.), authors Ulrike Grunewald and Susanne Gelhard paint a multifaceted portrait of the young Windsor.
Previously unpublished footage and exclusive interviews will be shown. Much has changed for the once rebellious Prince Harry: With the birth of his nephew George last year, he lost his third place in the line of succession.
Now the palace has announced a new addition to the House of Windsor - William and Kate are expecting their second child. "This man has the courage of a lion," says an expert on the royal scene. Prince Harry recently completed a spectacular mission with flying colors.
He reached the South Pole with injured soldiers from Great Britain and the USA - on foot. This feat of strength for a good cause secured him second place in the list of the most popular royals - just behind the Queen.
The ZDF early evening magazine “hallo deutschland” will be devoting a report to the royal birthday on September 13, 2014 at 18:35 p.m. It will be hosted by Lissy Ishag.
